G+4 buildings out of audit ambit but state adds Kolkata fringe areas

The West Bengal government has expanded the scope of its building audit to include the fringe areas of Kolkata. However, G+4 (ground plus four floors) buildings will continue to remain outside the audit's ambit statewide.
